What is Time to Talk?

It has been recognised that the Covid-19 pandemic has been a difficult and challenging time for staff, residents and their families within the Care Home setting. ‘Time to talk’ is an initiative which offers person-centred counselling and support. This is an opportunity for you to talk to a qualified Counsellor about your personal or work-related experiences affecting your wellbeing.

Experiencing a stressful or traumatic situation can affect people in different ways. Talking about your experiences and exploring your emotions can be helpful towards making positive change and promote mental and physical wellbeing.

Would highly recommend the service to anybody going through tough times in their lives. My counsellor has been outstanding and a credit to your team.

My counsellor was very easy to chat and interact with, made each session easier to chat through. He has helped me massively to open up and chat regarding issues.
